You advertise on your website that a promotion discount of £5.00 will be applied for the the first on-line booking made, bringing the fare down to £10.00. However, you charged me £19.00, adding a £2.50 card charge plus a £1.50 SMS charge. This comes to £18.50 yet still charged £19.00. What happened to the £5.00 promotion. Your website is not accurate and very misleading. Booking cancelled."

Agreed to pick us up at 1.10am and never turned up!! 8 people left stranded in the freezing cold! People were offering us blankets to keep warm! Called to see what happened and not bothered and no apology! Never use this company!! Unreliable and rude!! Disgusting!"

"Our taxi was supposed to be a meet and greet service .The driver did not meet and greet us either in the airport or outside. We made contact by phone outside in the rain and the driver could not communicate with us in English - we all tried to ask him where he was and it sounded like the petrol station?? We eventually found him by asking every taxi arriving outside the airport. The car was expected to be an executive saloon but was a Kia MPV. The driver was dangerous and we had to tell him to slow down. He was driving at over 90mph at one stage and braking very late at road islands. This cab was much more expensive than all taxis advertising directly. Our booking through Taxicode was a disaster, they have charged Top Dollar and palmed us off with a second rate taxi company. We will seek redress and will not use Taxicode again.
